Opscode Community Summit

The Opscode Community Summit is a unique opportunity for open-source contributors, Opscode engineers, and Chef users of all experience levels to come together and share their passion and excitement for Chef.

The third annual Opscode Community Summit will be held November 12 and 13 at the Hyatt Olive 8 in downtown Seattle, Washington.

The Opscode Community Summit is a facilitated Open Space event. The participants of the summit propose topics, organize an agenda, and meet to discuss and work on the ideas that are more important to the community.

Some likely topics include:

  • What is the roadmap for Opscode & Chef?
  • What should we do to make Chef more awesome?
  • What best practices have emerged & how should we share them?
  • How will our community grow while serving experts and welcoming newcomers?
  • What should #ChefConf & other events in 2014 cover?

Additional topic ideas are being proposed on the Opscode Community Wiki.
